Professor for inclusive education – University of Bremen
Frank J. Müller is a Professor for inclusive education at the University of Bremen. His research is focused on the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) in inclusive schools as a way to support teachers to address the diverse needs of their learners.
Lea Bussas
Student assistant – University of Bremen
Lea Bussas is a student of inclusive education in Bremen for primary school. She studied a Bachelor in History and Spanish with a teacher option in Berlin and a History Master at the University of Bremen.
Julia Bialek
Research assistant at the University of Bremen in the “all means all!” project
Julia Bialek has a degree in special education and has been working in the field of trauma-sensitive education for many years. She teaches this topic at the university and in training courses for educational professionals and is working on a doctorate on this topic.

Heidrun Demo leads the Competence Centre for School Inclusion in Bozen-Bolzano (Italy). Her main research interests lie in the areas of inclusive teaching and learning and inclusive school development.

Silver Cappello is a Research Assistant at the Competence Centre for School Inclusion of the Free University of Bolzano (Italy). He has accomplished a PhD in General Education, General and Social Pedagogy at the Free University of Bolzano. He is qualified as primary school teacher with a specialization as support teacher and he has worked as assistant for people with disabilities and as primary school teacher.

Dr. Deirde Forde
Assistant Prof – Maynooth University
Deirdre Forde is a chartered child and educational psychologist, and assistant professor at Maynooth University in Teacher Education, Froebel Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education. Deirdre is the programme leader of the Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive and Special Education. She qualified as a primary school teacher and has a broad range of teaching experiences, in both mainstream and special schools. Deirdre’s research and teaching interests include: issues of inclusion and exclusion in education and society, strengths based approaches to support neuro diverse environments, children’s voice, relational care, parental Involvement, policy and practice in the area of Inclusive and Special education and inclusive practice in Initial Teacher Education.
Dr. Leah O’Toole
Assistant Prof – Maynooth University
Dr Leah O’Toole is Assistant Professor in Early Childhood Education in the Froebel Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education, Maynooth University. Her doctoral study investigated parental involvement in children’s education, and some recent research projects include Parental Involvement, Engagement and Partnership in Children’s Education in the Primary Years (NCCA / NPC), Evaluation of Partnership Schools Ireland (NPC), Consultation with Babies, Toddlers and Young Children to inform update of Aistear (NCCA), and THRIECE (Teaching for Holistic, Relational and Inclusive Early Childhood Education – Erasmus+).

Dr. Rose Ryan is Director of Access at Maynooth University with responsibility for leading strategic change in relation to access and widening participation in higher education. Dr. Ryan leads the Maynooth University Access Programme (MAP) which works in partnership across the University and alongside under-represented learners, schools, and communities to increase equity of access and support student success.

Virginia Professione is a young designer, who graduated in Industrial Design in 2021 at the Free University of Bolzano. Currently, she is attending the Master in Eco-social Design.
Dr. Gerda Videsott

PhD Gerda Videsott is a fixed term researcher at the Faculty of Design and Arts in the field of “Pedagogia sperimentale”. Her main research topics are: “Design for Children”, “New European Bauhaus: Education through Art and Design” and “Multilingualism and neurocognitive sciences”.
